I'm not in OH but I do wanna say that if anyone does have bad experiences there that they should report them immediately. If the manager doesn't help, find the district manager. If the district manager doesn't help, find the regional manager. If they don't help, go above their head and so on. Discrimination isn't tolerated at Starbucks PERIOD and customers being abusive should also be dealt with.
