Hi guys! I got a question. What does early pay mean? I get paid bi-weekly on Fridays but I got my pay today.

It might be because of your bank. Some banks, like Capital One, process direct deposits early as a perk for account holders.

Not sure. Mine shows up on Wednesday. I can see it in my account now. However I can't access it until Friday.

Some banks are able to accept the direct deposit earlier so you will be paid Wednesday instead of Friday, same week tho usually.
