Usually if we have a bad day I suck it up and do my job… but today I wanted to drop everything and walk out. I am one person doing the job of three. They bitch and moan about labor but will continuously hire people they aren’t scheduling. Please make it make sense. It’s not fair to us who work hard as is to have to work harder and harder and for what? We don’t get raises… there are no incentives. Like it’s at the point where it’s affecting my mental health and I’m not happy. Sorry but I needed to get this off my chest.

Yearly raises don’t even match inflation. Technically you are getting poorer because inflation is so high and your pay rate isn’t rising by the same percentage 😶There is no incentive because every partner receives the same shitty raise.
It is especially demoralizing when you work yourself to the bone for a company and they offer no relief by staffing the stores properly.

Yeah except I didn’t say the raise is good. OP said we don’t get raises, point blank no raise is not the same as a raise that doesn’t match inflation
