i do this with chai and passion tea. you can even brew whole pitchers of passion tea to chill, as well as the concentrate, but brewing the pitchers gets you infinitely more for about the same price. my choice is obvious lol. i think tazo has the best, but that’s my opinion

Cold foam cold brews, shaken espressos and iced matchas lol I hate making the drinks that require me to leave my bar. My store only uses one ice bin so I have to turn around and walk away to get ice for anything smh

Dude I don’t even know. We have the other bins but we don’t use them? We suggested it during a team meeting and used them for like two days and my manager closed them again

steep teabags for 5 minutes in either a short or tall hot cup depending on the size, shake with ice, milk and vanilla flavoring(technically idk if you need to shake them but it makes the entirety of the drink cold rather than just the top)

I love putting salted caramel cream cold foam on an iced blonde pistachio latte with toffee nut (half pumps though). It’s the cold foam that makes me roll my eyes. Otherwise it’s not bad to make. But I feel immense guilt even having someone else ring it out for me even though I’d still be the one making it.

I don’t know if this is true everywhere, but at least at my store they print out on bar but we keep the teas by register. Reg baristas in the know will prep them for me unless they’re busier than I am, but green beans? Not so much….

Caramel ribbon crunch hands down, hate making them but can’t get enough of the caramel drizzle and crunchies, the fact that I love caramel in general doesnt help

Salted caramel cold brew is by far my favorite coffee drink (especially the old recipe but its FINE, Im FINE, im getting used to the new way) but my eye twitches whenever i have to make one. Our cold brew tap isn’t on the same bar as our blender and im just grumpy any time i have to walk between bars tbh.
