Maybe bring it up to your sm? You can ask them to be discreet about it and you don’t want them to get in trouble but if they are making y’all get out late and are affecting the vibe it brings everyone down and leads to shitty shifts. I know shift leads are really being put under pressure rn and are not getting the support they need (or compensation they deserve). But it’s your managers job to support them, maybe your sv would like to check out the free therapy thing Starbucks provides. I recommend everyone try it In these stressful times

Tbh just make sure you’re doing your own thing. He’s there to help the team succeed and lead, if he can’t do that he ain’t doing his job right. Hold him accountable.
