None of the baristas at my store are able to order urnex and I asked my ETL about it and he claims he cant order it either. Our urns are absolutely disgusting and my team doesnt care about cleaning them at all they just rinse hot water through them every night 🤦. I try my best to wash them with soap and sometimes mastrena tablets whenever I close but I am almost always opening.

Its not ok but no one cares not even my TL lol.
