every Starbucks in my town has a pride flag except my store (self.starbucksbaristas)

I asked my SM about that and he said "you can only have a pride flag up during the month of June, so all of the other stores are breaking the rules". Is this true? Or is he just saying that to not have a flag put up?

I’ve never heard of that rule. I have only heard that aprons could only have official pride pins. But I never heard anything about flags.

I was in Seattle in July of last year and while granted, the Starbucks was attached to a hotel (although it allowed me to mobile order so I presume it was an actual store) and they had the pride and trans pride flag up

My SM had to get approval from the DM but they had no problem with it. There shouldn’t be any problem at all 😔
