My answer would have been "do you want a normal cold brew with no ice? Because there is no way to infuse your drink with nitrogen without having some foam"

We have a customer who will argue with you for a nitro with no foam. They want it all scooped out, we just serve them cold brew with no ice because when we tried to expalin how the nitro works they just got mad and were yelling. They can pay the extra money if thats what they want to do.

We’re they talking about cold foam? Or like the nitro bubbles?

I get a plain nitro on my break and if I don’t drink it right away it looks like it has a nice layer of foam. I love it, someone who wants no foaminess definitely should be given a no ice cold brew. “No foam” is a ridiculous demand imo when milk is heated by injecting hot air or cold coffee is infused with nitrogen
