So apparently my DM has been going to all of his stores & writing people up for having facial piercings. The dress code was changed in 2019 to allow folks to have them, but he’s claiming that the company changed it back. Has anyone else heard anything to this effect, and/or are anyone else’s higher ups doing this?

There hasn’t been any change recently. The dress code allows for one facial piercing smaller than a dime, and earrings smaller than a quarter

Maybe show him the dress code in writing and if he argues ask for the recent change in writing as well.
