Honestly, "expresso" is the one that bothers me most, which is unfortunate working somewhere where 50% of the products sold include espresso.

Without counting? At least two times every hour, no joke. It is a very popular drink at our store and without fail, it's always "Can I get the oatmeal brown sugar shaken?". The Toasted Vanilla is starting to pick up too, and they also say oatmeal for that

Had a guy get PISSED about it being oatmilk and not oatmeal and then was all fucking smug about it being like I guess I'll see if it's right when you make it

He was angry when we were correct

We occasionally have people ask "do you have oatmeelk?" And we can't tell if they meant oatmeal or oatmilk. Usually an entertaining conversation

he got to the window and said “why are u giving me a drink i wanted the brown sugar oatmeal” LIKE WHY WOULD U ASK FOR AN OATMEAL LIKE THAT AAA

Had a customer get flustered with me when I told her that we didn’t carry oatmeal syrup for a hot latte. She clearly understood that we have oat milk but specifically wanted “oatmeal flavor syrup” in her hot latte. I said we can make your latte with oat milk but we don’t carry oatmeal flavored syrup. She said listen dummy I want the syrup thats in the oatmeal shaken espresso, I said the brown sugar syrup? NO! The oatmeal flavor!!! To her defense she was like 80 years old and I was being as nice as possible and eventually got her to realize she was confused and we both laughed.

Had someone order an “unbelievable burger” the other day. It was amazing.
