Nitrogen generator (self.starbucksbaristas)

We recently got a nitro setup at our store and our nitrogen generator is ridiculously loud when it comes on. Like louder than others I’ve seen by a lot. Is there anyone out there who knows a potential fix for this issue?

Ours was like this. The people who set it up forgot to take off the strap that held the moving parts in place. Apparantly the people who set up the nitro only set up nitro. Our repairman could not believe the stupidity of it. It was a super easy fix and now our machine sounds like all the others.
