Apply, wait a week, then call. If they call me first, great. Starbucks is a little different just because Mondays are typically the manager admin days, so that's the best time to reach them - if I were you, I would call on Monday.

Check your email, a lot of times store managers send emails to you about it, I’d wait till monday or tuesday to call and speak to an sm not during the morning peak usually 7-10am about your application.
