Almost all customers are extremely rude, especially because we're always out of everything (not our fault) or because we take too long (because we have way less people than we should). Our SM hates night shift and coddles morning shift and doesn't even try to hide it. The cutback on hours has stressed everybody out and made it almost not worth the money to me anymore (four hours a week is BS). A few nights ago we had 3 people scheduled from 7-10pm, meaning no pre-close tasks got done, and when the SM closes they have an army of around 8 people. When I started a few months ago I loved learning new recipes and genuinely enjoyed work. But my training was extremely low quality and that just adds to the stress. I don't look forward to work at all anymore and I'm about to just quit.
