if you follow the customer support cycle it has you brew coffee, restock customer areas, and then pick a task in the task list to do every 15-30 minutes, depending on the time of day. then if you get interrupted to do another task, prioritize what they ask of you and continue your cycle

Hey I work at a super busy store and often an running to complete tasks on cs so maybe i can help. I try to prioritize the things we run out of quickest to restock first. You’ll get better at this the more time you’re on bar. My internal list for restocking is like this:
Milk
Cups
Lids
Ice
Syrups & sauces
Beans
Bar sanis
If none of those are running too low then start gridding beans for the next batch of coffee that needs to be refreshed/ is running low. Prep those and leave it ready to go.
Then change any garbages that are looking too full. Make sure the lobby garbages are good too.
If you have the time also check the sugars and sleeves.
If you have time to make backups and run a few dishes try to get that done too. If that’s all good maybe wipe down the tables and bars.
