Starbucks only hires you for shift supervisor and up within the company because they know they can manipulate you with small rewards due to someones need for validation through their work thus allowing you to work your ass off be the bad guy and more when in reality corporate just takes advantage of yall because they think youre spineless.... and even if you do leave so many others dont get it and they jump to fill that position keeping a never ending cycle no hate to management teams at all but it always shows in the SSV ASM and SM ive never seen a thing different lol

I think our (most of) espresso drinks suck ass. Blonde espresso helps offset some of them but honestly, i think our drip coffee is superior *when it is made right*. I don't like Pike very much but veranda or siren's blend as a pour over? Fantastic. Literally any of our dark roasts? Pretty bangin'. Same goes for the iced stuff too. Our cold brew is pretty damn good, and our iced coffee is too.

I think the *only* exception to that is dirty chais. Most of the time when I'm going on my break, I'm either getting a dirty chai with oat and brown sugar if i have time or I'm getting a cold brew with the same treatment. If not, then I'm getting a pour over. They're just fun to do and they taste good.
