Lol This exact question was posted two days ago.
Its the gasket at the bottom of the pump shaft. Its ether missing or upside-down

Most likely got rebuilt without the rubber o-ring or gasket! This happens a lot at my store. Very easy fix it you know what you're looking for. Somewhere i have an illustration that demonstrates it, but i think it's physically at my store. Luckily, i work tomorrow so I'll post a link to the pic then for reference for other folks in the future!!
