I'm currently working 5-6 days a week, but in terms of hours I'm getting ~26. Would asking for longer shifts be too much? Or maybe to have two consecutive days off instead?

I just adjusted my availability to give me the kind of schedule you’re looking for. I brought up what I wanted to do with my SM first, asked what days would be good/bad if I had them off and then set up my schedule to work around that. I now work MTW and either F or Su. I get about 22-26 hrs a week. My shifts are generally 9-5 or 8-430 and then open to 11 on weekends.
