Read Page 27 and 28 in your Partner Guide. Everything you stated is within the guidelines except calling during peak.

You have access to it on the Hub. You should have received one and signed a paper saying you’ve received it and read it. So that’s probably why you are signing something now.

Yeah, there’s nothing wrong with it. It’s better than writing a corrective action for everyone. It’s just a paper stating that you’ve been told about whatever is on it, that way if there are further violations someone can’t say, “I didn’t know.”

Definitely not allowed. iirc, handbook says 5 minutes for late policy. Also it’s illegal for SM or anyone to ask you about your symptoms or why you’re calling out, or at least that’s what I was told

Yea I could go to the DM, or even better file a report with ethics and compliance. That’ll take care of the problem real quick
