after over a year (partner 299****) of working for a company that would allow a store to consistently sit at 80 degrees inside, continuously fall apart, have black mold growing on the ice bins, give little to no training to new baristas (causing a turnover rate of 125%), and treat the labor and mental health of its partners like garbage, I’ve finally decided to move on to another job. district wide store meetings about “benefits” and “improvements in management” be damned. my only hope is they unionize after I’m gone
