As someone who was trained by one person who had two trainers, I can offer exactly one suggestion. My trainer had one of us do computer work / modules while the other worked with her for practical experience on the floor. We switched every hour. Once I finished all the modules, my "off" hour was spent practicing something. (e.g. they gave me the extra hot bar and i took as many stickers from the main bar as i could handle, or they gave me a second POS so i could ring up some customers.) One-on-one time and independent work really helped make sure that we got a balance of learning new stuff with practicing the stuff we'd already learned. and everyone else on the floor was more than happy to coach the independent trainee on POS or bar.
