To my knowledge stores without the nitro taps have to cut it manually like they do teas and refreshers so maybe she frequents a store that does this or saw something online. I don’t think stores with the nitro machines are allowed to do this though because we keep stuff in the kegs. In theory you could take from cubes that haven’t been put into kegs yet, but there isn’t really a way to do that that is conducive to the work environment

At our store we’re allowed to we just pour it from the cubes. I’ve only had to do it once for a gentleman who bought 4 venti no ice uncut cold brews (fun right?). I’m not sure on if we are technically suppose to but our SM said we could.

Yea im not sure if were allowed to sell it uncut either but i went to a rite aid near my house once and i bought a bottle of starbucks brand uncut cold brew. It said on the bottle that u can get 8 drinks out of it and that u have to cut either 6 or 8 ounces of cold brew with water. I forget wat the exact measurements said on the bottle. But maybe that customer saw one of those bottles before and wants it uncut from an actual starbucks? Ive never had a customer ask for that at my store so idk 🤷♀️
