Its like Christmas to me! I love telling the company exactly how I feel. Even if it doesn’t do much. Or maybe it does. But I encourage every partner to fill it out and be honest. They are asking us for our opinion and if anyone has a store like mine lead my DM’s and SMs who have been MIA for months, I plan to be very honest!

My manager has been telling us to be brutally honest when we do it about all the things wrong with the company. Hopefully it makes a difference!
