Every store has a slightly different routine. We're a high volume DT and have 2 baristas at open. (Not counting the shift, who does their own stuff)
Whoever assigns in DT brews iced coffee, wakes the Mastrenas, brews teas, brews coffee, fills the sani, and starts a full restock
Whoever does food fifos the pastries, sets up the case, counts the new sandwiches, and goes through the open-11 cards.
