So you can work at Starbucks 20 hours (the minimum) and get health insurance, 401k and stock (plus more) and still work a second job. As long as the manager is okay with her owning her own business and working for the store, she can legally still do that. I think the only time it could come into question was if she was owning her own coffee stand, that would be conflict of interest.
