We had an absolute butt load of customers in our cafe this morning, our lobby is pretty massive in comparison to other stores. Anyway, there's two massive conventions happening in my city and they're staying at the hotel closest to us. We were very behind because every other person's order was large, complicated, or got rung up wrong because they refused to elaborate on what they wanted. As i was handoff, i said "thank you, have a nice day!!" To a customer as i often do. The guy who i said it to AUDIBLY SCOFFED AT ME.
