So I was schedule to have a round table meeting with a fellow barista, two trainers, my store manager, and possibly the district manager. I was just curious what that means exactly and what we may talk about

the last time i attended one you kind of just talk to the district managers or your store manager about issues you have with the store and your experience so far, and usually they talk about future plans and things like that. last meeting we discussed our stores getting renovations and the i think regional manager attended and let us know they were planning on remodeling several locations in our area

they basically compared our store to other stores, tried coffee with a lemon loaf, and see what they can do to “help” us not unionize
