Spotify premium not working???(self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey all, 228 here. I just opened Spotify on the way to school this morning and got ads for the first time since working at Starbucks. Does anyone know if there’s something wrong with premium rn? Or do we no longer carry the benefit? Thanks!

I noticed I was kicked off my premium this morning. But I just set it back up. I think it just knocked us all out. But we still have the benefit!

Yep -- if you go the premium process you'll be good
You have to do it every 2.5 years or so

Ah that makes sense. I reinstated with no problem but the benefit was randomly removed for me yesterday. Well hopefully future me doesn’t freak out too much in 2.5 years
I’m no longer a partner so if anything has changed I’m not aware BUT this used to happen to me occasionally. I would sign out & sign back in, usually does the trick. :)

I will never get mine to work ;) my account got hacked so I deleted it, and I can’t reapply premium to any other account because it still says it’s active. Yes, I’ve called about it. There is no fixing it
