first day is always stressful but remember, we’ve all been there!! it’s normal to be nervous but everyone messes up all the time, i’ve worked at starbucks for a year now and im
still a complete mess sometimes when it comes to drinks. it’s a really fun job once you get the hang of it. My first days of training i had a person with me and tell me all the steps, and im not sure if it’s like that at all stores but if it is, all you need to do tomorrow is just follow the steps they give you! and don’t be scared to ask questions. good luck! but if you give it a try and decide it’s not for you, go work at the bookstore! no big deal, it’s not for everyone!

i've just started working there and for me it's been a matter of trying to remember what's in what drink and the order it's made in. i've been there 3 weeks and have shifts alone already. my managers and coworkers all encourage and use the cheat sheet we have so use it if you need to. it helps to write the orders down on the actual cup as the customer is saying it aloud too. good luck (:
