OKAYYY I have noticed in the last week people ordering shaken espressos with over 6 shots. Someone in the drive thru ordered 2 brown sugars with 7 shots in each. It literally took 3 minutes for just the 7 shots to pull bc our machines suck

Same here and I only have only one machine and I was working by myself in my kiosk for 4 hours.
