So tell me the truth tomorrow at my interview should I go with my hair up and nail polish off? Also, if I have something on my record would I be better to bring it up at the interview and be honest or wait to be asked? I feel like honesty is the best policy. Opinions on both topics would be great. I’m wearing the appropriate colors for a work day and work wear approved shoes. Thanks!

If it’s just an interview you don’t have to be prepared to work. I had acrylics nails on at my interview as well as my onboarding and they just told me that I would have to get them off before training. You hair should be neat and clean however you would like to do it. As far as your record goes they will do a background check so if you feel that it may cause then to not want to hire you perhaps you could mention it but they will find out either way.

Thanks! I think I will bring it up at the interview it seems like being dodgy about it probably won’t help. Thanks again
