It's neither, there could be other things the SM is working on. I think the best thing to do is wait, and if you really want to call the store when not busy and politely ask to talk to the SM

Might get the job, might not. None of us know why they're not responding aside from the boss themselves. If you're worried, then you need to personally call the store.
Otherwise, you're worrying about something you have no intention of quickly fixing.

Yeah I was hoping someone might have some insight cause I don’t know myself. I even asked my own manager and he said it might be good ? I know when I applied the first time I got a rejection email pretty fast haha. When I got the job they called me within a few days
