I’m a kind of new partner that started in late December of 2021. I’m thinking of hopefully going on a 7 day trip this summer at the end of May, would I be able to ask for a few days off or would I have to request for vacation?
Also, what are the rules to request vacation?

honestly no clue i just request the days i need off and they’ve never not gotten approved

Not sure how vacation works for newer partners but usually I just put in an time off request for the time I want if it’s a longer span of time I just msg my manager to inform them of the reason and usually they are pretty accommodating, after that I just put in the book how many vacation hours I want to use for that time, if you don’t know how to do that just ask one of your SSV and they should be able to guide you through it. If you just want unpaid time off, submit a time off request. If you'd like to use any available vacation hours, ask your Store Manager :)
