Do it! I just got promoted at the beginning of the year and although my promotion was a complete disaster form every perspective it’s still much better then being a barista, not to mention the position freedom is very liberating but fair warning if you work at a busy store bar will not be very doable but if you work at a slower store then you can basically put yourself wherever you feel is best .

Update: apparently when the DM was here the other day, he asked my SM if I thought about wanting to be a SSV and that I’d be a good SSV so I guess I’m going to apply!
