Attempting to change your work environment for the better of yourself and others? How is that the wrong thing?

Doesn't letting the status quo continue sound like the wrong thing? Isn't that an Starbucks mantra, "challenge the status quo"?

You are doing a good thing, if you tell all your fellow workers to vote yes you will be doing a great thing. The company is losing, the unions are winning.
