Does anyone know if it’s required that we work at least one day a weekend? I have a second job and have family time that I try to fit in but I can’t afford to work the times they schedule me for the weekends.

It’s really up to your Store Manager. I have a few partners that don’t typically work weekends but add value M-F.

No you are not. You might notice that you may not get as many hours as you’d like because weekends are usually the times that need the most coverage (at least at my store), but if you have good availability M-F I think you should be fine.
