I’m a new shift after working somewhere else as a manager for 8+ years and this job is literally soul draining, I don’t understand how you guys do it with all the corporate bullshit this job entails

It is! I was an assistant store manager at a shoe store for 4 years before Starbucks, and I swear Starbucks is the hardest job I’ve had. It’s emotionally exhausting
