I'm transferring stores for the first time since I started four years ago. I'm also getting the opportunity to interview in order to become a shift supervisor at the new store. (It's like a store that's less than a year old and also is a completely different state so it's a big move and change.)

Any recommendations or tips in order to nail the interview? I really want to get this promotion, but interviews stress me out.
