How much time does your store give to to request a day off? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Ive been working at starbucks for over a year now and the schedule has always been two weeks in advance and the app always lets me request days off after those two weeks. Today my sm announced we have to let them know exactly one month in advanced or we wont get it off. They apparently already completed the schedules but didn’t post it on the fridge yet?

Partner Hours has the limits preloaded. If you can request it off through the app, your manager should approve it - no questions asked.

That’s a weird rule. My manager (former DM) always requested that time off requests be completed 2/3 weeks before, depending how far into the current schedule were in
