We had a crazy white man today that got pissed off at me bc I asked the person on front to assign so I could ring up his order. I couldn't assign bc I was assigned to both drive screens.

Then he hoofed it to the drive thru window to harass me over in my station. After being a complete ass and a half, he said "you can't treat me like this, it's Easter!"

Treat you like what, exactly?

I don’t like entitled customers that either don’t know what they are ordering or they blame us for ordering incorrectly. I understand that you are upset but it does not call for racism or ageism. People of all ages and nationalities can behave badly. Don’t let them cause you to harbor hate within. It’s not worth it.
