we had a 50 item cafe food order the other morning (7AM 😬😬) and they wanted every item they ordered warmed 😅😅😅. Bagels, egg bites, croissants, sandwiches etc. after I did 42/50 items my man, who’s been standing over ovens watching me this entire time, goes “actually can we replace the hot items with pastry items that’ll stay well? There’s two hours until the meeting”. wanted to mfing cry

Honestly buy a cake at that point, it would be immensely cheaper
