There have been so many custom drinks and tick tock hacks like this. I tell people we sell drinks not ingredients, so it'll get rung in as the closest possible drink.

Feel like you'd ring it up ccup of ice with the 80 cents for the pumps of chai, but then again I don't fully understand how to use the custom tea option lol

We use custom tea when they wanna do something that’s not on the menu per se or when they wanna order just a modifier or ingredient Aka (matcha water, strawberry inclusion water, or in this case pumps of chai over ice) .
