i’m sorry you have to go through that, that sounds awful. sometimes at my corporate starbucks store we have to mark everything out too bc we have to call the manager for permission to turn off mobiles even when we are fucked. i seriously hope the best for you, leaving the licensed store will be the best you can do for yourself and you are not letting your team down. still continue to support them and what they go through, but if it takes a big toll on your mental health to be there you need to put yourself first. we are all on your side and always reach out to someone <3
