Those things are so hard to keep up with given our high turnover rate. We left our green apron recognition board on the floor for years.
That negative stuff being said, your board is really cute! I would suggest maybe making the names easily changeable though

Sometimes I scrutinize partner board photos to compare the frequency of names Ive seen at Starbucks. Ive transferred to three different stores and there’s always been an Eli, Alex, Olive, Amanda, or at least two people with the same name which is super fascinating. Also great board! It looks beautiful:D
