I’m just not sure how much more I can take at my store. Between being underplayed and high inflation getting yelled at and constant attitude just isn’t worth it. What makes it worse is it seems like every service job is like this now.

Atleast we get to eat there and get free coffee☕️ it should pay atleast $18 an hour and raises each year

Yep and the partners that got raises didnt really get raises technically because of inflation. Its BS. I didnt even get a raise. But we will see about the raise that they supposedly are promising for this summer.

Yeah that’s what I keep hearing. You’d think they would go ahead and bump the raise with inflation.

Thats cuz corporate cares more about making customers happy and how they feel versus making its employees happy when were the ones actually making it possible for corporate to make money
