i feel this. have had a guy sleeping on our patio when we come in to open. this same guy has also urinated in our bushes in front of other customers so had to call non emergency authorities. like i get it, i’ve been homeless before and it’s hard. but don’t put the employees in an awkward spot when they’re just trying to do their job.

Why does that bother you? They’re homeless, have some empathy.

Well i did/do have empathy. For 7 years ive kept my mouth shut about all of it. When they ask for water and leave water half empty on their table I clean it up. When shit stains on sides of toilet I clean it up and the smell. And when customers complain they took up all the good seats, i tell them have some empathy too.

7 years though it kind of gets old. Being homeless isn't a reason you can't throw away your cup of water or that when you shit it misses the toilet seat. That i don't have empathy for
