sooo my assistant manager unscheduled me for a shift that i picked up because one of the partners called out. we’ve already discussed this with our manager, i was even out on the DCR and we’ve had agreed on for about 2 weeks now. do i still show up for the shift, or what? it’s supposed to be tomorrow, and i already messaged her asking what the big deal was. anyone have any experience with something like this?

Not on schedule not your job, if they’ve changed it and you go if they might complain that you didn’t read the Schedule, honestly I would message more people about it then you can say you tried

Maybe OP is also losing out on hours though :(

yup, i am losing out on over half of the hours i used to work, so this is a shift i not only want to work- but need to work. im printed on the daily coverage report because my manager told me to pick up the shift my coworker offered on the partner app. but i got a notification that my shift was removed. idk if the person didn’t understand my post originally, but that’s what the question was about.

I would work my shift if my manager approved me covering it.

That’s happened to me. I’ve picked up a shift for another partner and it was on the DCR but my SM took it off my schedule. It gets confusing sometimes smh like you need the people but you take it away.
