I don’t see the problem here? Our drinks are far from traditional espresso beverages. I get iced (oat) flat whites as break drinks regularly since I like the extra shot and ristretto without having to specify, and I assume that person likes it that way too.

My drink order is something similar to this and I get it so it’s easier to order ristretto shots and extra shots for cheaper. I feel like people in this sub are starting to see an issue in anything and everything for no reason.

I don't really understand a definitional difference one can really make between an iced flat white and this. It's no stranger than a blonde iced vanilla latte with soy milk, and I doubt we're debating whether that's a latte.
