Has anyone been able to contact the partner advocacy network? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I tried calling on two separate occasions and both times I’m placed on hold for well over 20 minutes before being told to wait for a call back in 3-5 business days. On both occasions now, it’s been over a week and a half without a call back. I really need to get some health insurance refunds processing asap and it honestly kind of feels like I’m being ghosted on purpose. Anyone have any experience with this?

Is that who I’m supposed to call about insurance refunds?! They owe me like 200 bucks that I never got and no one told me who to call to get it straightened out. Honestly every time I call partner contact center it’s a mixed bag. Either I get someone who helps me right away or someone how sticks me on hold and hangs up after wasting my time for an hour and a half

Yep it’s getting really freaking frustrating cause they just keep transferring me back and forth between departments until I end up on hold and stay there for a while. Eventually they just take down my name and say someone will call me back but like my post mentioned it’s been two separate occasions now where they just never bothered reaching out. Its starting to feel like they’re just not keeping a call back list at all and are trying to make the experience as frustrating as possible in the hopes that people will give up trying to get their refunds.
