so i’ve been pretty anxious bc i had my interview 8 days ago and it went pretty well, the hiring manager said she would call me back within the next week for a “for sure” answer and discuss training, but i haven’t received a call yet. i don’t wanna seem annoying by not waiting for the call and calling the store to follow up :,)

it’s not a terrible idea to call and leave a message with the shift supervisor. sometimes managers just forget or have other things going on! though they might also be waiting on a background check to come back or to figure out your training schedule as well

I went into the store the day after I applied to tell the hiring manager that I applied, I was training not even a week later! Sometimes being ‘annoying’ works really well!!

i called today and apparently hiring manager was out on vacation, she told me she will call me tomorrow though

i got the job and my bg check went through, i will be starting my training next weekend👍
