Once I poured a bunch of HOT coffee all over my shoes and had to work in wet shoes/socks for hours and it chafed and caused blisters so I can emphasize with you. The job sucks sometimes but that’s all jobs really. I’m sorry it happened and that they made you feel like it wasn’t a problem just because it wasn’t their problem

my store will do that as a "backup" during a rush, especially if no other dishes are available and no one is able to wash (which has happened more than you would think)
